A personal agent.
A familiar interface.
Marie is an iPhone-first way to give a personal AI agent work, understand its progress, and stay in control of its actions.

From request to result.
Marie is the interface and connection layer. Hermes is the agent engine behind the work.
Ask from your iPhone.
Describe what you need in natural language and choose a processing mode for the request.
See the work unfold.
The agent plans and uses tools. Marie brings task progress, approvals, and cancellation into the phone interface.
Get a result you can use.
Read the final answer and return to the conversation. A connected Mac provides the current alpha’s local execution environment.
Know where the work happens.
The current alpha offers three modes. Each makes a different choice about model data flow.
Keep reasoning local.
Local models handle the request and agent execution. Marie does not send the request to an external model through this mode.
Local processing describes the model path, not an OS sandbox.Plan externally. Work locally.
An external model receives your request to create a plan. Local execution handles files, tools, recovery, and the final answer.
Anything you write in the request is visible to the external planner.Use an external model.
The external agent handles planning and execution. Information used during that work may be processed outside your device.
Choose this path with the data-sharing implications in mind.An owner alpha.
A bigger ambition.
Working now
- An iPhone app connected to agent execution on a Mac.
- Task progress, conversation history, and processing choices.
- A successful real-device task reported by the owner.
What comes next
More real-device reliability testing, clearer approvals, and recovery from interrupted work. Managed cloud agents and a broader release remain future directions.
